Marc supports a local criminal justice system that puts criminals behind bars, give law enforcement officers the support they need, and provides access to the mental health and addiction services that can help stop crime before it starts. He has led the charge to fight meth crime in Clark County, and will continue to make funding for our local law enforcement agencies a priority.

The County Council is responsible for the direction and policies of county government and all the services they provide. When it’s done right, county government should be effective, boring, and invisible. As county Chair, Marc will continue to use the practical sense he is known for to provide direct services and infrastructure He brings a proven track record of leadership to oversee several regional public services that affect all county residents, such as criminal justice and growth management.
